The delivery of your Civil ID card can be tracked very easily. The PACI card will be delivered to your home once you have followed these steps. In addition to the cost of the Civil ID, you will have to pay 0.25KD for another card to be added to the same address.

  • The card is delivered in a secure envelope to the address you have entered, with the Power logo visible.
  • If you do not have your Kuwait Civil ID card, you will need to present it to the delivery person along with the necessary documents to obtain a new Kuwait Civil ID card.
